1. Merchant of Record & Checkout Security

Self-serve digital purchases in US dollars on aikagan.com are processed and delivered by Gumroad as the authorized Merchant of Record. Purchases in Turkish lira (TRY) through the AIKAGAN store on Shopier(shopier.com/autonomax) are sold directly by AIKAGAN: Shopier processes the payment, and AIKAGAN delivers the files and handles support and refunds under these terms. Payment card details are handled by the checkout provider presented at purchase and are not stored by AIKAGAN. Any reference to a legacy or retired payment processor is superseded by this agreement and by the provider actually presented at checkout.

2. Products and Delivery

AutonomaX sells digital business execution packs delivered as downloadable ZIP files. Upon successful checkout via Gumroad, you will receive a confirmation and a download link. Digital delivery is automated and issued after a verified payment. If you do not receive your download within 30 minutes of purchase, contact kagan@aikagan.com.

3. License and Usage Rights

White-label rights (Commander Pack only) permit you to rebrand and resell the system as your own product. You may not redistribute unmodified files from Starter or Pro packs. All files are provided uncompiled and human-readable (.json, .py, .env.example, .md).

4. Refund Policy

Digital packs are covered by our 30-day satisfaction policy. Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are not available solely on the basis of a change of mind after the files have been downloaded and accessed. Eligibility, request steps, and provider processing are set out in the Refund Policy.

5. No Income Guarantee

AutonomaX products are execution toolkits — templates, scripts, checklists, and frameworks. Purchase does not guarantee any specific financial result, revenue level, or business outcome. Results are determined entirely by your individual effort, market conditions, business decisions, and implementation quality. Any income figures mentioned are illustrative targets, not promises or guarantees.

6. Acceptable Use

• You must use the materials in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations on any income generated.
• You may not share, upload, or distribute downloaded files to third parties (except under Commander white-label rights).
• You may not claim authorship of the original AutonomaX brand or system architecture.

7. Payment and VAT

USD payments are processed by Gumroad; TRY payments are processed by Shopier. Prices are shown in the currency of the checkout you use. For Gumroad purchases, applicable taxes are determined by your country of residence and handled by the Merchant of Record. For Shopier purchases, any taxes that apply are shown on the Shopier checkout and receipt. You are responsible for any additional local taxes applicable to digital product purchases in your jurisdiction.

8. Support

Customer support is available at kagan@aikagan.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support covers delivery issues, file access, and general product guidance. It does not include personal business coaching or custom implementation work (see Services for that).

9. Limitation of Liability

AutonomaX's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the materials.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
