# Seven-day operating loop

Owner: Kagan. Operator: RA6 when connected access is available. No unattended campaign is scheduled by this packet.

Day 0 — Check the free test, checkout total, pack download, access restoration, batch execution and export. A discounted internal order validates delivery and contributes $0 revenue. Repair any failure before expanding distribution.
Day 1 — Select 20 relevant warm contacts using the 10-priority and 0–5 ratings. Confirm that each sells a service and has an appropriate existing contact channel. Send individual invitations only after distribution is authorized.
Day 2 — Record replies and objections. Show a matching filled example. Answer one question per interested visitor.
Day 3 — If they need more than the free draft, explain the exact paid addition and provide the normal checkout link.
Day 4 — Verify every order in the provider record. Check download, access, processing and result export separately. Resolve failures first.
Day 5 — Ask the customer to check whether the output is useful. Record acceptance only after their explicit response. Ask permission before publishing their case.
Day 6 — Identify the largest loss: relevance, test completion, result usefulness, paid value, checkout, or delivery. Change one variable.
Day 7 — Review actual counts; expand only when delivery remains reliable. A goal of one accepted paid customer is a milestone, not a forecast.

## Recovery
No visits: change distribution or audience, not the host count.
Visits without a draft: simplify the example and first action.
Drafts without a buying reason: make paid additional value concrete; ask for the objection.
Checkout without order: inspect payment availability, tax and currency, and price fit.
Order without delivery: retrieve the provider receipt, repair fulfillment, inform the buyer; pause expansion.
AI failure: record failure and preserve unused entitlement according to product behavior; do not label it completed.

## Measurement
Qualified visits → draft completion → result kept → checkout intent → provider order → delivery → accepted result.
Internal QA is excluded from revenue and buyer demand. Only provider-confirmed positive-value customer orders enter gross sales; refunds are reported separately. Event hooks require a connected analytics collector for central funnel totals.

## Economics scenarios, not forecasts
20 invitations × 30% visits × 8% purchase = 0.48 expected purchases; often zero.
50 invitations × 30% visits × 8% purchase = 1.2 expected purchases.
100 qualified visits × 2% purchase = 2 expected purchases, $58 gross before costs.
No measured conversion rate supports these assumptions yet.
